Refund and Returns Policy

At Stacked Protocols, we are committed to quality. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as the nature of our products limits the circumstances under which returns are accepted.
1. All Sales Are Final — Research Products
Due to the nature of research-grade peptides and compounds, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns of opened products under any circumstances for health, safety, and regulatory compliance reasons.
2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations
We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged or broken.
- The product received was incorrect (wrong item shipped).
- The product was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.
- The product arrived in a condition that does not match its stated specifications upon documented laboratory testing.
3. How to Submit a Claim
To initiate a refund or replacement request, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or via our contact form.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include photos or video of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
- Retain all original packaging and materials until the claim is resolved.
Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
4. Refund Processing
Once a claim is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Replacement shipments will be processed within 3–5 business days of claim approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Opened or used products.
- Products purchased more than 7 days prior to filing a claim.
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or misuse by the customer.
- International orders delayed or seized by customs (see Shipping Policy).
6. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks very seriously. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in your account being permanently banned from our platform. Please reach out to us first — we are committed to making it right.
